This advertisement was found in a magazine, targeted specifically for women. Hence, the advertisements in the magazine would mainly be targeted to women. Adding the graphics of a car as lipstick shows the feminine side of wanting to buy a 'girly car', if you would say.
The first thing I noticed was the application of colour to the lips, which would suggest it being specifically for women. The concept is quite good in relation.
The typography is kept fairly simple, yet expands in boldness and size. Distorting its angle and aligmnent also makes the reader run down the page, until it ends with the different colour cars. What stands out is 'Micra' as the largest font size and is a different colour in order to depict the car model.
The main idea in the advertisement is to promote design and colour, which is shown through fashion and modern style. However, its kept fairly simple, the use of colour is onle applied to make the images stand out.
I like the idea used to attract its audience, and so, decided it was an interesting piece to analyse due to its uniqueness and style.
